Roasting
Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is easy to taste. It softens and transforms into warm to your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to bring the balance. The result is a cup that is delicious on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.
When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready for brewing. Once brewed coffee bean 1kg to steep for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be forced through the grounds by the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.
Strength - 3, easy and easy to go, great for relaxing on the weekend.
Storage
Lazy Sunday is a soft light roast with the sweet, citrus and cocoa scent. It has a smooth, caressing mouthfeel. The cocoa notes can be traced to a winters' day in the living room, reading a good book with an intimate hug from the family. Prepare your French Press by using water that has not yet reached boiling point. This will prevent the coffee from becoming over extracted and creating undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that has just been boiled. Then, after four minutes, you can take a plunge, and enjoy.
